NOW...let's talk about chocolate cake! Before I share our favorite chocolate cake recipe, you should know that most chocolate cake is too rich for me. This is not the cake to make if you are looking for something rich and decadent, but it is delicious, chocolatey and super simple to make!
Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake
Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
4 large eggs
1 cup plain greek yogurt or sour cream
1 cup milk-chocolate chips
Directions:
Combine cake and pudding mixes.
Add oil, water, eggs and greek yogurt or sour cream and mix.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour into a greased/floured bundt pan and bake at 350 for 70 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle some melted chocolate over the top.
